🚀 Launch Strategies
Q: What’s the difference between Launch + Snipe and Launch + Bundle + Snipe? A:
Launch + Snipe: Dev launches, sniper wallets buy next. Higher risk of front-running.
Launch + Bundle + Snipe: Dev + bundle wallets buy in block 0. Safer from external bots.
Q: My sniper wallets didn’t buy in. Why? A: Front-running likely occurred. Vortex automatically pauses snipes to prevent loss. Use higher tip or Launch + Bundle + Snipe mode.
Q: How much should I set for snipe range? A: Set it just below the minimum wallet balance and leave ~0.05 SOL for sell fees.
Q: What does the amount field do in Swap Manager?
A: It defines how much total to buy across selected wallets. Enter 9999
to use max available from each wallet (minus fee buffer).
Q: Can I buy manually after launch? A: Yes. Select wallets in Swap Manager, enter amount (or 9999), and click Buy.
Q: Why doesn’t my dev buy show on Axiom charts? A: Axiom sometimes doesn't display dev buys done via bundle. Photon usually does.
💡 Learning Resources
Q: Are there tutorials to learn the bot? A: Yes!
Q: Who can I ask for 1-on-1 help?
A: Message Spades
or Erpa
. Always use official team members, never random DMs.
Q: Where do I open a support ticket? A: Tickets are opened via the Discord support channel.
Q: How do I get the active user role? A: You need to accumulate at least 2 SOL spent in fees on Vortex. This role is required to unlock some platform perks.
Q: How can I reduce my fees? A: Spend ~10 SOL in fees (~1200 volume). Active user status won’t reduce your fee percentage.
Q: Can I change my referral after using /start? A: No. Referral is locked on first bot interaction. To use a new referral, create a fresh Telegram account.
Q: I accidentally deleted the project and I’m still holding tokens and sol.
A: Search .txt in telegram and import private keys to phantom to sell manually and retrieve sol.
